INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you give us. When you join the founding list or contact us, we collect what you enter. That can include your first and last name, email address, mobile number, town, fitness goals, how often you train, the time of day you like to train, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers collect standard technical information through cookies, pixels and similar tools. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, campaign details in the link you clicked (such as UTM tags), and the actions you take on the Site, like submitting a form.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

• To send you founding list updates, opening details and membership information you asked for.

• To send text messages if you opted in to receive them.

• To plan our class schedule and services around what people tell us.

• To respond to your questions.

• To understand how the Site is used and improve it.

• To measure and improve our advertising, including showing ads to people who visited the Site.

• To protect the Site, prevent spam and comply with the law.

COOKIES, ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information like pages visited and time on site. We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure how our ads perform and to show ads to people who have visited the Site. The Meta Pixel may collect information about your visit and the actions you take here. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, some parts of the Site may not work as intended. Our Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. Where required by law, we honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.

TEXT MESSAGES

If you check the box to receive texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from BENT at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of joining the list or of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described here:

• Service providers that run parts of our business for us, such as website hosting and form storage (Wix), email and text message delivery, and analytics and advertising (Google and Meta).

• Legal and safety reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law or needed to protect the rights, property or safety of BENT, our members or others.

• Business changes, if BENT is involved in a merger, sale or similar transaction.

YOUR CHOICES

• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or by emailing us.

• Stop text messages by replying STOP.

• Ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@BentNY.com. We'll respond within the time required by applicable law.

• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising. Email us to use them. We won't treat you differently for using your privacy rights.

HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

We keep founding list information for as long as it's useful for opening and running BENT, or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

SECURITY

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections on the Site. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

CHILDREN

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top. Big changes will be posted on the Site before they take effect.
